We did have refrigerator issues. While we were in DV (Death Valley) I noticed our refrigerator wasn't getting cold. Before we left, we had the trailer plugged into shore power and everything worked fine. The temp started to rise.... but crazy thing, the freezer still worked. So I froze water bottles and placed them in the fridge to keep things cool. Worked like a dream! So full hook-ups for the rest of our trip. We were a little sad because we wanted to be free of expensive camp sites. Upon our return we took our '75' AS into be checked and the verdict is the gas burner is dead, so looking to replace the old Dometic. Darn thing only lasted 40 years!!

We highly recommend visiting this lovely state park. It's dog friendly, scenic with lots of fairly easy hiking trails. Campgrounds have been some of our favorite with hot showers and fabulous views. Sunsets here are in a league of their own.
As I was leaving yoga last week, I saw this sweet, sweet Airstream. I think it was a 1960's and about the same length as ours, so about 24 ft. It was adorable with the red checked curtains and the bright red details. Inside they had a couple of "cruiser" bicycles . The outside was mirror polished! Beautiful.
There are some amazing vehicles traveling through Susanville. This is another rig I had to stop and visit.
